ICPO – سفارش خرید غیر قابل فسخ

Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order به اختصار ( ICPO) نامه ای است که در پی توافق ضمنی میان فروشنده و خریدار برای فروشنده صادر می شود. در قالب ICPO زمانیکه مشتری با قیمت تقریبی کالای مورد نظر آشنا شد و قیمت ارائه شده را مناسب یافت، با ارائه درخواست قطعی خرید یا همان ICPO نیت قطعی خود را برای خرید کالا و تایید شرایط قید شده در LOI به عنوان شرایط نهایی و قطعی خود ارسال می نماید. این نامه نیز باید با سربرگ، مهر و امضای رسمی شرکت خریدار ارسال شود.

این سند در معاملات بانکی به تایید بانک عامل می رسد و به اصطلاح توانایی مالی شما را تایید می کند و فروشنده از توانایی شما برای خرید باخبر می شود.

وقتی کسی به شما ICPO می دهد، اگر شما با قیمت درخواستی و سایر شرایط خرید موافق هستید، میتوانید با خیال راحت تری معامله را پیش ببرید و بدانید که سرکار نیستید! بانک مشتری شما بدیهی است که باید معتبر بوده و بانک شما حاضر باشد ال سی را از آنها بگیرد وبه اصطلاح Confirm کند.
